1. How much is shipping?  |
Shipping is a flat-rate price for all orders within the United States regardless of how many items are in your order.

2. Do you ship outside of the United States?  |
At this time, Drawbridge Music ships only to addresses within the United States. We also ship to US Military addresses (i.e. FPO and APO addresses), and addresses outside of the U.S. that use a United States Postal Zip Code (i.e. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.).

3. Do you ship to Canada?  |
At this time, Drawbridge Music ships only to addresses within the United States.

4. How long will it take to get my order?  |
(time before shipment)
Items marked as "in-stock" and "auction" items ship within one business day.
All other "out-of-stock" items normally ship within 3-7 business days.
Delivery Time = time before shipment + time in transit
Time in transit is based on your chosen shipping method.

5. What do you do if items are out-of-stock?  |
If an item is not in stock, most items will be restocked within 3-7 days and shipped to you immediately. *Some books or videos not in stock may delay orders up to 5 to 10 business days (Monday - Friday).
Most orders ship in 3-7 business days (time before shipment).
Items marked as "in-stock" and "auction" items ship within one business day.
All other items normally ship within 3-7 business days.
Delivery Time = time before shipment + time in transit

6. What will my package be mailed in?  |
Your package will be packed with great care in durable cardboard boxes or durable, non-bendable envelopes to ensure a safe arrival. Very large or
strange/odd-shaped items may be mailed in separate boxes at no extra cost.

7. Who do you use as a shipping carrier?  |
Drawbridge Music uses the United States Postal Service.

8. Can I ship my order to an address other than my billing address?  |
You may mail a package to a separate different address as long as the billing information provided matches the buyer's information.

9. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?  |
Yes, we will ship to a P.O. Box address, as long as we have a valid billing address.

10. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses or other U.S. Territories?  |
Yes. We ship to US Military addresses (i.e. FPO and APO addresses), and addresses outside of the U.S. that use a United States Postal Zip Code (i.e. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.). Please note that these areas may take longer for delivery.

11. Will I have to sign for the package?  |
No. A signature will not be required at time of delivery.

12. Do you offer delivery confirmation?  |
Yes. Delivery confirmation is included in our shipping rates. We will e-mail you the number when we ship your order. Note that delivery confirmation is not available to some U.S. addresses.

13. Do you offer insurance?  |
Yes, insurance is included. Packages are insured up to $100.00.
